HACC PYP- Under 65’s: Home and Community Care Program for Younger People is targeted at people aged under 65 and Aboriginal people aged under 50 who need assistance with daily activities, including domestic assistance, property maintenance and transport for medical appointments. Who is eligible?

Individuals who are under the age of 65 years (and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders under 50) who experience difficulty carrying out the tasks of daily living are eligible to apply for HACC-PYP supports. An initial assessment is required by the Regional Assessment Team from the Mornington Peninsula Shire (contact details below) who will then provide a referral to our services.
