This transportation service is for people who are elderly or have a disability and have no means of transport to non-urgent medical appointments
Our service is provided by a team of volunteer drivers who use their own vehicles to drive clients to medical appointments and hospital visits
Our trained volunteers provide a door-to-door service and if required can assist with walkers and small wheelchairs.
